3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, code, design, and trademarks on the Platform are owned or licensed by PickleSchedule AI, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly allowed, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may upload photos, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant PickleSchedule AI, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, modify, distribute, and sublicense such content for promotional and operational purposes. You represent that you own or have permission to share the content you post.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features, including Pickle PairUp, are available via paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing or features upon notice.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code;
• Impersonate another person;
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use our iOS and Android apps on devices you own. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

App stores (e.g., Apple, Google) are not responsible for the app's content or support. You agree to comply with their respective terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LINKS

We may link to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for their accuracy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. DISCLAIMER

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Platform will be error-free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickleSchedule AI, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived. You agree to arbitrate any disputes individually.

Exceptions: We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for IP or confidentiality violations.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Please review our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use personal information. Use of the Platform signifies your consent to our privacy practices.
